Spring Break
**School Dress Code Announcement**

As the weather is getting warmer we want to remind students and parents:

Our school dress code policy is in place to promote a respectful, safe, and focused learning environment for all students. We ask that all students come to school dressed appropriately and in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the student handbook.

Please ensure that:

Clothing is modest and does not display inappropriate language or images.
Tops, bottoms, and footwear meet school standards.
Hats, hoods, and accessories follow classroom rules.
Clothing does not disrupt the learning environment.

Students who do not follow the dress code may be asked to change or may face disciplinary action as outlined by school policy.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a positive school community!

1st Grade enjoyed celebrating Read Across America Week. Many of the students participated in the daily dress up themes. They really enjoyed pairing with the 6th Grade for Reading Buddies everyday. They were excited to show off their reading skills and enjoyed listening to their buddy read to them. Thank you to the student council for completing a Cat in the Hat art project with them. They ended the week with a Cat in the Hat sweet treat. They helped decorate it and enjoyed eating it.
