Willow Grove School will have their awards ceremony tomorrow, Tuesday May 12, 2026. Students receiving awards had notes sent home last week. Awards will start at 1:00pm with doors opening at 12:30pm. Students will be dismissed to parents once awards are complete. Busses will run at 2:00pm following awards.

The bus route for this week 5/11/26-5/15/26 will be slightly different. Students who live in Deerwood trailer park will be on the little bus all other riders will be on the big bus. Morning pickups as well and afternoon drop off times will vary. We will try our best to maintain the same time schedule however expect delays. Thank you!

2nd grade had a blast at the Science Center 🔭🦖

Today, Lyla and Jimmy celebrated passing their last Math test at CHS with C-Town Twist. They studied for months and deserve to be recognized for all their hard work. Congratulations, Lyla and Jimmy! We are so proud of you!

Willow Grove School will have a 2:00 pm dismissal tomorrow, Wednesday May 6, 2026.

Attention bus riders! **Tomorrow morning, Tuesday 5/5/2026** The little bus will be picking up Deerwood park residents. The big bus will be doing all other routes. The pick up times should stay the same but expect some delays.

Congratulations Tom, on qualifying for State! We are so proud of you, and are excited to see how you do!

Thursday Pre-K went to Kindergarten and participated in centers with them. They were able see what Kindergarten is like.

Thank you to the Kaskaskia College Adopt a Classroom program! Our 6th and 7th grade students had a great time getting to hang out with the KC soccer and tennis players this year!

5th grade had an amazing day at Thrillhouse in Marion. We got to bowl, play putt-putt and laser tag!

Summer Meal Program!! This is a great program put on through District 80 for families with children ages 1-18 that are NOT in daycare programs. See flyer for registration details.

Here is our May calendar! This is the final calendar for the 25-26 school year! A couple of reminders!!

Awards will be, May 12, 2026 at 1:00pm with doors opening at 12:30pm. Once the ceremony is complete kids will be dismissed immediately after with busses running at 2:00pm.
**IF your student is receiving an award they will have a flyer to bring home stating so. These flyers will be handed out prior to the ceremony**

Graduation will be , Thursday May 14, 2026 at 7:00pm with doors opening at 6:30pm--seating will be first come first served.

The LAST day of school will be, Monday May 18, 2026 with a 2:00pm dismissal. Please make arrangements for transportation for your student!
